Anwyl offers 'Access All Areas' to new homes in Longridge

Embracing digital technology, we're offering “access all areas’ in build up to Stonebridge Fold opening on 26th September 2020 A VIRTUAL preview and real life viewings by appointment only will give buyers a true picture of the latest new homes in Longridge. Anwyl Homes Lancashire is building 83 new homes off Whittingham Road, close to the town centre. While the development name, Stonebridge Fold, gives a nod to the neighbourhood’s past taking inspiration from the nearby Victorian railway bridge, Anwyl is taking a thoroughly modern approach to launching the homes. Embracing digital technology, the homebuilder is offering “access all areas’ with a series of films being broadcast across its social media channels ahead of the show homes being opened by appointment only on September 26. Anwyl’s head of sales for Lancashire Matthew Gould explained: “We were preparing to launch Stonebridge Fold when the Coronavirus lockdown was introduced in March causing us to re-think our plans. The safety of our staff and customers is paramount, so rather than opening the doors and inviting people to look around the show homes en masse we’re giving them a taste of what to expect with Access All Areas by Anwyl. “This is a series of films that will be streamed via our social media platforms, giving buyers a first glimpse inside the show homes. Access All Area will give buyers a real insight into the development, including some aspects they wouldn’t see during a traditional launch. For example, they will be able to ‘meet’ the interior designers and landscape gardeners. Of course, we recognise that viewing the real thing is still important and we’re inviting prospective purchasers to make an appointment to see the show homes for themselves.” Stonebridge Fold will offer a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, with details of the first homes to be released for sale due to be announced ahead of the launch. Homes in the initial release will be eligible for Help to Buy equity loans and buyers who act fast will be able to take advantage of the Stamp Duty holiday, meaning they could make a tax-free move to a new home. In its current form, Help to Buy is open to first time buyers and those who have sold their existing property. Those who take out an equity loan should typically only need a 5% deposit and 75 mortgage. But from April, Help to Buy will only be available to first time buyers and with lower regional price caps. Anwyl is committed to investing in the neighbourhoods it builds in. Associated with the 7.7 acres Stonebridge Fold development, Anwyl will make a Community Infrastructure Levy payment of £630,170. This will be used by the local authority to improve local facilities for the benefit of the wider neighbourhood.
