Two exclusive new show homes just a mile from Lytham are opening soon to showcase the first Fylde development from Anwyl Homes. Chorley-based Anwyl Homes Lancashire is preparing to launch Mill Green in Warton and is inviting potential purchasers to register their interest to be on the guestlist for a VIP preview event on the evening of December 2. Featuring 66 private sale homes, the development off Lytham Road offers the best of both worlds in terms of location and design. The homes blend coast and country in a semi-rural village setting, close to the sought-after Lancashire town of Lytham. Externally they will display traditional charm, while inside they will be thoughtfully designed with modern living in mind and a high standard specification. To showcase the properties, Anwyl is opening the doors to two professionally styled and fully furnished show homes – a three-bedroom semi-detached Bretton and a four-bedroom detached Ascot. Sales director Matthew Gould said:
There’s a growing sense of excitement and curiosity as we prepare to launch our first development on the Fylde peninsular. Almost 200 people have registered their interest in Mill Green and we are already making arrangements for our first-ever mid-week late night launch for those who’ve signed up and are eager to see inside the show homes. Part of the appeal is undoubtedly how close to Lytham we’re building – homeowners will be able to enjoy easy access to the town’s amenities, its seafront and The Green, but without having to pay the premium that Lytham properties command. Plus, because people are increasingly conscious about the environmental and financial cost of running a home, the idea of moving to an energy efficient property like the ones we’re building has broad appeal.
The three-bedroom Bretton makes an ideal first home. It features a spacious living room to the front, with combined kitchen and dining room opening out onto the rear garden and a cloakroom completing the ground floor. Upstairs, the main bedroom has an en-suite, leaving the bathroom to serve the other two bedrooms. The Ascot is a generously proportioned family home with four double bedrooms, one with en-suite. The lounge boasts a feature bay window, while the open plan kitchen and dining room, is an inviting sociable space leading out to the garden. There’s also a handy utility, plus a cloakroom. Mill Green is the ninth active outlet for Anwyl Homes Lancashire and forms an integral part of the company’s growth plans as the regional business targets delivering more than 400 homes per annum by 2023. It will include a mix of semi-detached three-bedroom properties and four-bedroom detached designs. Anwyl will also build 30 affordable units of mixed tenure. Wider community benefits linked to the development include Anwyl contributing £182,732 towards local primary school education, a £125,000 bus service contribution, plus circa £42,000 worth of highway improvements and public realm works.
