STAMP Duty free and with Help to Buy available, families searching for extra space in Lancashire could find their ideal home in Fulwood is within their reach. The double dose of Government assistance at Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood could be a lifeline to buyers, potentially saving them thousands of pounds. From April 1 next year, Help to Buy will be restricted to first time buyers only and with regional price caps.
