THERE’S no room for compromise when it comes to choosing where to live and those looking for a new home in Longridge can try show homes at Stonebridge Fold for size. Understanding the importance of viewing before deciding to purchase a property, Anwyl Homes enlisted a team of designers from Haus Interiors to dress show homes at the development off Whittingham Road. The result is two showcase properties that demonstrate the spaciousness, specification and all-round liveability buyers can expect if they choose to make Stonebridge Fold their home.
Haus director Brad Carman explained: “The Henley and the Oakmere are both superbly proportioned homes and in styling them we’ve thought about how real families might use the space. For example, in the Henley we’ve furnished the lounge with a corner style sofa, which we’ve paired with chrome and glass side tables that amplify the sense of space. In the equivalent room in the Oakmere there’s plenty of comfy seating, with a bespoke media unit as the centre piece. “Each home features an open plan kitchen, dining and family room, designed to be the focal point of daily life. We’ve also addressed the fact that more people are working from home for at least part of the week. Along with a dedicated study on the ground floor of the Oakmere, there’s a desk in one of the bedrooms too.”
The Oakmere includes a hotel-esque main bedroom with en-suite; guest bedroom with white French style furniture mixed with soft gold handles and light fixtures; an urban themed teenager’s room and a younger child’s bedroom complete with bookshelves and bunting. The main bedroom in the Henley features a large framed headboard in a deep blue, with upholstered bench to the bay window. There’s also a subtle guest bedroom; a teenage girl’s room styled in fresh yellow and a child’s bedroom with a single bed, bean bags, toys and plenty of play space. The Henley has been styled in a blend of blues, teals and ochres paired with a warm neutral palette, while the Oakmere features a palette of deeper blue and soft lilac.
