Sandbach is famous as a picturesque market town, known for the award winning floral displays that adorn this Cheshire town. There are Ancient Saxon Crosses in the market square and various other notable architectural features throughout the town, many of them designed by the acclaimed George Gilbert Scott. A fantastic selection of pubs and restaurants are dotted around town, with various shops and supermarkets providing the basic amenities you’ll require. As for sports and recreation opportunities, Sandbach houses a number of sports and leisure facilities, including a high quality golf course. The local countryside offers great beauty, with Wheelock Hall Farm a great day-trip option for young families, as well as a lovely selection of walking and cycling routes that can be used to explore and take in the area.
