Now's the time to buy at Deva Green

There's no time like the present to secure a home at Anwyl’s Deva Green in Chester, says the housebuilder. There's no time like the present to secure a home at Anwyl’s Deva Green in Chester, says the housebuilder. The newly launched development, off Clifton Drive, has a broad choice of houses currently available, making it the perfect time to buy. Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said:
“As we’ve only recently launched Deva Green, anyone who buys a home here now will not only have a wider range of house styles to choose from but the pick of the plots too. “For example, if buyers want to live near green spaces or have a south facing garden, they can often choose a plot that ticks all their boxes at an earlier stage of a development.”
Buying off-plan, before the show homes are ready later this year, means customers who reserve a plot on the current release will also lock in the current price. In a rising housing market, this could mean the home is actually worth more by the time they move in. Two house styles that are available include the three-bed semi-detached Bunbury and the four-bedroom detached Farndon. The Bunbury is an ideal starter home. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen/ diner at the back of the house that includes a handy breakfast bar plus a separate lounge. Upstairs two out of the three bedrooms are doubles and the main bedroom has its own ensuite. The Bunbury starts from £299,995. The Farndon is a larger family home and is priced from £374,995. Some highlights include the open-plan kitchen and dining room spanning the rear of the home, spacious separate living room and en-suite to the generous main bedroom. Graeme continues:
“There is so much choice for growing families who may need that bit of extra space or want live in a location close to Chester’s superb amenities. It’s just a short walk via a public footpath to the Greyhound Retail Park, which boasts three supermarkets, a gym, restaurants and cafes, and a wide variety of shops. “Homeowners will also be within walking distance of the city centre, which they can reach via Sealand Road, taking in Chester’s renowned racecourse and River Dee enroute, or along the popular Millennium Greenway walking and cycle route.”
Until the show homes are ready at Deva Green, the properties are currently selling remotely from The Oaks at Rossbank in Ellesmere Port. There are two show homes open from 10am to 5.30pm, Thursday to Monday at The Oaks. To find out more about the house styles available at Deva Green and prices visit https://anwyl.co.uk/devagreen
