Recommend a friend and receive £1,000 when they buy an Anwyl home

Want to know how your new Anwyl home can earn you and your friend £1,000 each? Read on to learn about our ‘recommend-a-friend’ reward scheme.

Recognising the value of a personal recommendation, we’re rewarding our happy homeowners who help their friends and family when they’re looking for a new home.

If you love living in one of our homes, we want you to spread the word. Refer someone to purchase a new home from us, who goes on to buy one of our new homes, and we’ll give you both £1,000.

How you spend the money is up to you. Treat yourself, treat someone you love, or put it towards something for your home – perhaps a piece of furniture, homeware, or even a holiday?

Here’s how you and your friend could receive £1,000 each:

• As an Anwyl homeowner, you recommend to a friend that they buy a new Anwyl home, by filling in a recommend a friend form, available from our homes advisors.
• Your friend reserves a new home from us, on one of our current developments. Remember, this can be a different development from the one you have purchased at.
• Your friend hands the recommend a friend form to the homes advisor at the point of reservation
• The recommendation must be documented on the completed Anwyl reservation paperwork, in the additional information section.

When you will receive your reward

We will pay you and your friend £1,000 each, within eight weeks of your friend completing the purchase of their new Anwyl home.

T&Cs

• The incentive is only available on current plots, available for the full reservation, and on live Anwyl developments currently listed on the Anwyl website.
• The recommendation must be documented on the completed Anwyl reservation paperwork, in the “additional information” section.
• The recommend a friend form needs to be completed and handed to the sales advisor at the point of reservation. The form must be signed by all parties.
• The payment of £1,000 will be made to both parties, £2,000 in total, within eight weeks of legal completion of the recommended parties’ new home. If legal completion fails to take place, then neither party will qualify for payment.
• You must be an Anwyl homeowner to be eligible for the incentive.
• At the time of giving the voucher, the person recommending must have already purchased and completed on their own Anwyl home directly from Anwyl in order to qualify.
• Anwyl Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend Recommend a Friend incentive at any time.
• This incentive began on 16th August 2023. All prior recommendations are capped at £250.
