Sales centres and show homes in Wales to close for ‘firebreak’ lockdown

Our sales centres in Wales will be closing on Friday 23rd October however, we are still here to help every step of the way... In line with new Welsh Government guidance, we will be closing our sales centres and show homes across Wales on Friday 23 rd October at 5pm. The developments affected by the ‘firebreak’ lockdown include:   Don’t worry, we will however remain open virtually with our dedicated homes advisors at each of these developments on hand to assist with customers, both new and existing, whilst working from home. Virtual appointments can be arranged, regular contact by phone, email and video calls will continue and walk through tours of our show homes are available on our website too. We are still very much here to help you find your dream home, from initial enquiries to reservations and exchange, with the national lockdown expected to last just over two weeks. We aim to re-open our sales centres and show homes safely on Monday 9 th November at 11am, with confirmation to follow once we have received further notification from the Welsh Government. When we do re-open, we will return to ‘by appointment’ only with key safety procedures remaining firmly in place. The ‘firebreak’ lockdown does not affect our developments in England, which will remain open by appointment only, align to British Government regulations, with our comprehensive Covid-19 safety procedures in place. In light of the current advice, we are reducing the number of technician appointments in Wales, but the guidance does permit works to continue, providing all additional COVID measures are in place. We look forward to seeing you all again and helping you on the journey to discovering your dream home.
