Underlining its commitment to the communities in which it builds, Anwyl Homes has launched a cash funding pot of £5,000 to help worthy causes in the local area around its Edenhurst Grange development in Bowring Park. With build and sales progressing well at the beautiful residential development off Edenhurst Avenue, the award winning housebuilder is keen to give something back and is inviting local good causes, community groups and organisations in Knowsley and the surrounding areas to apply for a cash donation. Head of sales at Anwyl Homes Lancashire, Matthew Gould, explains: “As thoughtful housebuilders, we aim to leave a legacy in the areas where we build and have launched the Edenhurst Grange community fund to contribute to worthy causes in the Bowring Park and wider Knowsley area. We are very much looking forward to hearing from the local community and seeing how we can help and would urge any interested organisations to get in touch.” The community fund initiative is being supported by social enterprise Fusion21; a Knowsley-based procurement organisation that is working to ensure local residents benefit from social value opportunities at the development, from creating jobs to arranging educational visits with nearby schools.
