RESERVED matters consent has paved the way for a site start later this year by Anwyl Homes on the first of approximately 250 planned new homes in Winnington, Cheshire. The green light has been given by Cheshire West and Chester Council for an initial 124 homes, together with landscaping, public open space, roads and associated infrastructure. Work’s set to start on roads and sewers this November, followed by housing construction. The first properties are expected to go on sale early in 2021 and would-be homeowners are already showing strong interest. John Grime, managing director of Anwyl Homes Lancashire – the company behind the new venture – said: “It’s a great location.
