- Receive at least two professional, independent valuations of your home and a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) valuation, paid for by us.
- Agree a price* on your old home and formally reserve your Anwyl home.
- Sell your old house to us, your guaranteed cash buyer.
- Get the keys as soon as your Anwyl home is ready.
- Move into your new home.
