Our dedicated support team is on hand to help with any queries regarding your new Anwyl home and to assist you in the event of an emergency. Many queries maybe answered via our frequently asked questions page.

Emergency contacts

Make sure that you know where the various valves and switches are situated in your home so that you can turn off the gas, water or electricity in the event of an emergency.

What is an emergency?

• An uncontrollable leak
• Complete failure of your electrics
• Flooding caused by blocked drains that threatens to enter your home
• A complete failure of the locking mechanism to your front, rear and patio doors, as well as to the windows on your ground floor of your home
• An uncontrollable leak from your sprinkler system (Wales only)
• Complete failure of your boiler, resulting in a loss of heating or hot water
• A problem with the pump station at your development

If you suspect a gas leak in your home, call CADENT on 0800 111 999

In the event of a power outage, please call 105 and the telephone service will automatically direct you to the network distributor’s emergency number for your area.

If you have an emergency in your home which meets the definition in the list, please call 03300 244955 during office hours. If the emergency occurs outside of office hours, please call the number for your development which you can find on our Emergencies page. Please ensure to listen to all the prompts in order to be put through to the correct person to help you.
