The A580 can take you directly to Manchester or Liverpool, while the M6 is a direct link to Birmingham and Carlisle.

The nearest train station can be found in Newton-Le-Willows, and is less than a 10-minute drive by car. From there, you can catch half-hourly services to Liverpool Lime Street and hourly trains to Manchester Airport via Manchester Piccadilly.

The closest bus stop (Penny Lane) is less than a 5-minute walk from Sandon Gates, where you can hop onto the very regular 320 bus between Wigan and St Helens.

As for international travel, you’ll find Liverpool John Lennon Airport less than 40 minutes away by car to the south and Manchester Airport around half an hour to the east, giving you countless options for quick getaways or long holidays.

With numerous primary and secondary schools within a 10-mile radius, our new homes in Haydock are an ideal place for families to settle down.

The nearest primary is St Oswald’s Catholic Primary School in Ashton-in-Makerfield, located a 15-minute walk away from the development. Other nearby options include St Thomas’s C.E. Primary School, R L Hughes Primary School and Haydock English Martyrs’ Primary School.

For parents seeking secondary education for their children, Byrchall High School can be reached in 9 minutes on foot, while St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic High School is a 13-minute walk away.
