Maes y Rhedyn’s North Wales location makes it easy for residents to enjoy all the shopping and leisure options of nearby Wrexham and Chester. These include the high street brands and traditional covered markets of Wrexham, and Chester’s famous shopping streets including the historic Rows – the unique first-floor walkways that date back to the medieval era.

Wrexham is home to a number of live music venues including The Live Rooms and the William Aston Hall at Glyndŵr University. The Racecourse Ground also hosts summer concerts, and Chester’s many venues are easy to access, including Storyhouse, the Forum Studio Theatre and the famous Chester Zoo. Similarly, the highly-rated Theatr Clwyd in Mold is around ten miles away, hosting acclaimed theatre productions and films.
