Here at Anwyl Homes, we do not operate a call centre but a personal service, the name and contact details of your dedicated Customer Care Advisor will be identified in the “Welcome to your New Home” letter once you have moved in. From this point onwards, your Advisor will be the first point of contact if you would like to raise any queries in relation to your new home.

We are committed to providing the best service to our customers. It is unfortunate that sometimes things go wrong, When they do, we want to put them right as quickly as possible and learn from them.

If an issue occurs or we fail to meet your expectations, please give us the opportunity to work together and put things right as quickly as we can. If you are not happy about any part of our service we want to know.

The Anwyl Warranty

Buying a home is one of the biggest purchase decisions you will ever make. So, when you move with Anwyl, your new home is protected by a NHBC Build mark Warranty which gives you a 10 year structural warranty as well as the Anwyl 2 year warranty.

Who are the NHBC?

The National House Building Council, commonly referred to as the NHBC are the UK’s leading standard-setting body and provider of warranty and insurance for new homes. They work with the house-building industry to raise the standards of new homes and to provide consumer protection for homebuyers. This gives you added reassurance when you buy your new home. This warranty means that all our homes have been built to comply with the NHBC standards which set out technical requirements for design, materials and workmanship in new home construction. The structural warranty covers the cost of fixing any damage caused by faults in specific parts throughout the home. This means that the structural and weatherproofing elements are covered.

For additional peace of mind each property comes with an Anwyl warranty. This covers any faults and defects that may arise within 2 years of you moving into your property, in line with the NHBC standards.

The Anwyl warranty does not, however, cover each individual appliance within your home. When you first move in to your home, you should ensure that you register all appliances with the specified manufacturer to ensure it is valid if any problems do occur. With the majority of these, the warranty will last for two years but be sure to check to stop any unnecessary problems occurring.

NHBC Home User Guide (HUG) is a secure online portal that has all the information about your 10 year NHBC Buildmark warranty and insurance policy as well as lots of useful guidance about moving into and living in your brand new home. The information is simply presented making moving into a new home an exceptional experience.

Every new home in the UK with a Buildmark warranty and insurance policy can have a secure, online Home User Guide (HUG). It’s a free portal where you can store all the information you need about your home.

The online portal is simple, intuitive and useful for all aspects of your home move, whether it’s finding out about fixtures and fittings, acknowledging your Buildmark warranty policy, or using our handy moving checklist, HUG has it all.

You will love using your HUG. Accessible from any device, it’s a secure place where you can store information about your new home, upload appliance manuals and photos, set reminders for boiler servicing and much more!
