Warton, a traditional village near Lytham, offers a semi-rural location with easy access to the coast. The area is home to independent shops, convenience stores, and local pubs, with a Booths supermarket just five minutes’ drive away. Mill Green is well-served by schools, including Holy Family Catholic Primary School and Warton St. Paul’s CE Primary Academy, which are rated “good” by Ofsted. The area also has a variety of eateries, including Bijou of Lytham, which was named “best dog-friendly place to eat” in the UK at The Dog-Friendly Awards 2020. Residents can explore the nearby Fylde coastline, golf, and the Windmill Quarter, which offers boutique shops, homeware, furniture, florists, and beauty salons. The Lytham promenade, St Anne’s Beach, and the Lytham Windmill Museum are all within walking or cycling distance. The area also hosts the annual Lytham Festival, a five-day live music event.
